Exhibitors can select their 2019 exhibit space location while onsite at Critical Facilities Summit 2018. Each exhibitor is assigned a 2019 Space Selection appointment time.

What You Get

Onsite space selection for Critical Facilities Summit 2019 requires a 50% deposit by credit card or company check. This requirement is intended to help insure the integrity of the space selection process and will apply to exhibit space and sponsorships. If you have any questions, please contact your Exhibitor Account Executive. For CFS 2019, we are offering an early bird incentive of $500 savings to select your 2019 CFS space while onsite and submitting a 50% deposit. If a deposit is not made during the space selection process, your space will be placed on HOLD for 10 days from the invoice date. If a deposit is not received by that date, the $500 discount price will be removed from the invoice.

  • 24 hour Expo Hall perimeter security
  • 7" x 44" identification sign (for in line space)
  • Standard 8 ft. back wall & 3 ft. side rail drape
  • Post event registrant files
  • Exhibitor staff conference pass (1)* or (2)**
  • Exhibitor staff expo hall pass (3)* or (4)*
  • Does not include carpet, furnishings, electrical or drayage
